Our online platform caters to a diverse clientele, including Consumers, Businesses, Schools, Churches, and Government Agencies. DeltaMedia Privacy Policy

At DeltaMedia, our customers are paramount, and we understand the importance of privacy. We despise spam as much as you do and never share your information with third parties. Unlike others, we don't bombard you with endless email offers. By placing an order through our websites, you agree to our policies designed to protect your privacy and ensure a secure shopping experience. However, we will contact you by phone, email, or text if we encounter an issue. Your privacy is our top priority, and we are committed to maintaining it.

Orders & Payments:

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal as payment methods. We do not accept international credit card numbers. Please note that we may ask you for further information on orders shipped to an address other than the billing address.

International Orders:

DeltaMedia ships to the USA addresses only.

Cancellation:

We are sorry to inform you that we cannot accept cancellations once you place the order due to our continuous production and shipping processes and potential communication delays. We appreciate your understanding.

Production Lead Time:

We usually ship orders within 1 to 2 working days. However, the variability in order volume and potential equipment issues may take up to 5 working days. We strive to minimize these delays and appreciate your patience and understanding. 

Product Returns:

We do not accept returns of custom-loaded cassettes. If you need to return any item, please contact info@deltamedia.com for instructions.

  • We require a return merchandise authorization number for all returns.
  • All product returns must include the original packaging/invoice and any related promotional free items
  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid and with a tracking number
  • All related fees (shipping & return shipping fees) are Non-Refundable for all products
  • Physical damages to any product will void the product's warranty and breach the return policy

There is a 15% restocking fee. This fee covers inspecting, repackaging, and restocking returned items. We do NOT accept returns on opened or used products - of any kind. It is the customer's responsibility to insure all returning items. We will credit your card or account once the item is returned and undamaged. Original shipping is not refundable.

Replacement Guarantee:

We will replace defective products reported to us within 14 days of receipt of the order. We require two pieces of faulty cassette tapes sent back to our Ontario office for testing and evaluation. We may also need an image of the damaged products via email.

Backorders:

We try to keep all items in stock, but we will notify you in the event of any delays, back orders, or discontinuation.

Shipping method:

Rest assured, we rely on the reliable UPS Ground service for all our shipments. While we do not offer expedited service to meet any production deadline, UPS typically takes 1 to 7 days to complete the delivery, depending on your shipping address.

Incorrect address

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided. Any corrected address (such as a wrong zip code), move, or request that a package be shipped to another address after we have shipped your order, we will charge an additional fee of $10.00. We are not responsible for UPS's ability to change the addresses. UPS shipping services provide a tracking number and are reliable services that most customers prefer.

Limitation of Liability:

DeltaMedia is not responsible for typographical errors. DeltaMedia does not determine the specifications or warranties of the products we sell and shall not be responsible for any damages, including, but not limited to, defective products and late, lost, misdirected, or incorrect shipments.

DeltaMedia has made every effort to ensure product information and description accuracy. We are not liable for any product informational typographical errors on the website. If you find a mistake on the website, please report it to us for immediate correction.

Suppose we list a product with an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error. In that case, DeltaMedia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products listed at the incorrect price. DeltaMedia shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders.

In that case, DeltaMedia shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
