DELTAMEDIA offers only UPS Ground Shipping Service. We do not offer UPS expedited service.

• We want to ensure a smooth delivery process for you. Please note that the shopping cart will show the shipping cost. We usually ship your order 1-3 business days from the date we receive it. We ship via UPS Ground within the continental 48 states.
• Providing the correct address is essential, as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. UPS charges $20.00, and customers are responsible for the wrong address, incorrect zip code, or changing address.
• If no one can receive the package in a particular area, UPS will return it to the shipper after three attempts at an additional cost. Our customer is responsible for the extra shipping and original delivery charges.
• UPS also provides a picture of the delivery; we are not responsible for theft. However, customers can always file a claim with UPS; it is up to UPS if the claim is accepted. We will refund your lost order after you receive the check from UPS.
• At DELTAMEDIA, we strive to keep you informed every step of the way. While delays in an item's availability are sometimes unavoidable, we will always contact you via text or email to provide the estimated arrival time, discuss replacement options, or arrange a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
